We turn down work we can’t move, sectors we won’t touch, and budgets we’d waste. Saying no is the most useful thing an agency can do and the rarest.

No gambling, debt or politically affiliated work, regardless of fee. No client more than 20% of our revenue, or us of theirs. Dependency makes for bad advice.
